1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inboxee ("the Service"), operated at www.inboxee.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Inboxee is a unified inbox platform that centralizes cold email and LinkedIn replies into one workspace. The Service includes AI-powered reply labeling, conversation routing, workspace management, and integrations with third-party tools. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Email and Data Access

By connecting your email accounts and LinkedIn to Inboxee, you grant us permission to access, read, and process messages from those accounts solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not modify, delete, or send messages on your behalf unless you explicitly initiate those actions through the platform.

6. AI Features

Inboxee uses AI to automatically label and categorize replies. AI-generated labels are provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying AI labels before taking action on them. We continuously improve our AI models but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Inboxee and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party tools (Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Private Beta

The Service is currently in private beta. During the beta period:

  • Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
  • The Service may experience downtime or bugs
  • We may limit the number of users, inboxes, or features available
  • Beta access may be revoked at our discretion
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
